The most important part related to the accuracy is the upper and lower beams, because it is related to whether the processed panels can run in a straight line, so as to ensure that each processing group can work precisely.

There are mainly two types of beams:

Aluminum alloy material-one-time drawing and casting

The more advanced method is laser cutting of steel plate, which is welded in one time. The advantage is that the fuselage is firm and not deformed, thereby increasing the stability of the whole machine.

The relatively backward method is to weld the skeleton, and then supplement the steel plate. The disadvantage is that the stability is relatively poor, and the price is low.

PLC Control

All major manufacturers of CNC modules can design independently, most of them have applied for patent protection, and the feeding speed has reached the advanced level abroad. Today’s more advanced PLCs include LG series, Siemens series, Delta series, etc.LEKMAC machines mainly use Delta PLC.
